Returns / Exchanges

 We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing on clothes and lengths on necklaces so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you expected. The very best way to contact us is via email at

 On that note:

 If you are not 100% happy with any item, simply return it for an exchange of the same item if available or another item of equal or more value (If new item selected is of more value, then customer is responsible of paying the difference) The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.(Please see shipping address below) We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.  We are not responsible for lost return items.  It is your responsibility to get the items back to us and remember the post office as well as any shipping company is not error free so please use tracking and/or insurance. Also include a copy of your invoice showing your purchase.


Time frame in witch items must be received back to our warehouse is no later than 7 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 3-4 days for transit time.


The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.  Please do not return items that the tags have been removed from.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an $8.95 shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.


Non-Returnables: All "Sale" items, anything discounted 30% or more, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. 


Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.


Refund Type: No refunds, exchanges only on non sale or non discounted items.  Items must be in new unused condition with tags still attached.  All exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase.


Overview: Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 shipping + $10 handling fee to be returned to you.


Sale items:  Please carefully choose your sizing on SALE items because they are a "FINAL SALE".  We do not offer size exchanges and we do not offer store credit on SALE items.
